I appreciated Lisa’s communication style. She made it clear what was needed and that works for me so I did not have to guess as to what was needed. If I did not fully understand something she took the time to explain so I could understand. She was very responsive.

I also really appreciated that she interacted with me as a person and not just a transaction. She was kind and empathetic when I became overwhelmed – it was a long and arduous process – she helped to get me to take a deep breath and get centered again which really helped me.
